Mission
An industrial-strength, must-have resource, rich in original content. Adds value. Changes the way you think and work.

Outlook will be an up-to-date analysis of the dot-com world. We'll scan the essential literature, both on paper and on-line, keeping your organization up to date with quality as a key e-commerce differentiator, providing the strategic advantage and trend analysis you need to compete. If it's on the international dot-com radar, we'll spot it.

Content
Here's a proposed expanded table of contents

The Week – significant, strategic … what's running this week. DCQ's take on the e-stream, with material culled from the on-line and print media, reader contributions, celebrity comments …

Our View – editorial. Commissioned, written in-house, or abstracted from other publications. Opiniated. Talked about 'round the water cooler.

Ten Minute Masterclass TM – a modular treatment of DCQ's Quality Framework, masterclass modules will be standalone articles. Here's a possible format:
(1) What's the issue – start with something that's current in the e-stream, maybe a lead article in Business Week, or something from the popular media, or from the academic literature. Illustrated with material pulled from our library resources – establishing that this is an important and current subject that our subscribers need to know about
(2) Here's how to approach this issue in your dot-com – pull up the relevant Framework item. Suggest approachs to continuous improvement
(3) Here's how to track and measure improvement – apply an assessment template to show how to measure progress, set targets for improvement.

Over the weeks and months this builds to an interlinked (and continually up-dated) resource that defines dot-com quality, continually adding value to subscriber's resources.

Emerging issues – a look forward.

Links – boring, maybe, but useful … what are the other contenders up to, what's available free … and what does it mean to our subscribers?

White papers, Best-practice and benchmarks – by commission or contra, big names by invitation.
